At this point, SENERGY360 will establish a percentage-based contract of the hard construction cost. Once construction is underway, we serve as our client’s representative throughout the duration of the project to observe, assist, and coordinate services as needed to help maintain the integrity of the SENERGY360 methodology and specifications outlined and agreed upon in the early stages. SENERGY360 will take on the role of Project Manager (PM), who in turn manages and oversees the General Contractor(GC).
The PM working in partnership with the GC will manage contracts with individual trades, review and process all invoicing as true and accurate. Additionally, SENERGY360 and GC will ensure that construction meets governing Building Codes, both local and state. Upon completion, SENERGY360 will perform a review to ensure the home was built to meet all SENERGY360 criteria, then certifying the project as a SENERGY360 home, placing its approved seal on the home.
