> SENERGY360 is a licensed general contractor and certified building-biology practice in Tucson, Arizona that inspects, designs, restores, and builds homes around human health: whole-home healthy home inspections (mold, moisture, indoor air quality, HVAC, water, EMF), health-first custom design and build using FASWALL mass walls, building biology consulting, and ELEMENT by SENERGY360, a master-planned wellness community north of Tucson.

SENERGY360, LLC is founded and led by Brian Johnson (licensed general contractor; Building Biology Institute certifications). The company serves Arizona in person (Tucson and Phoenix) and takes inspection, consulting, and design work across the United States.
