Planning a $1.5M+ Healthy Home?
Protect Your Health and Investment Before Design Begins With…
The Healthy + Longevity Home Roadmap
A 3 Step Strategy Guide To:
- Protect Your Long-Term Wellbeing
- Avoid Toxic Materials and Mold-Prone Design
- Build for Longevity, Performance, and Peace of Mind

Why this matters
The most important decisions happen before design begins.
By the time architectural drawings are underway, many of the decisions that shape a home’s long-term health are already locked in: enclosure, materials, mechanical systems, even the site orientation. Changing them later means costly redesigns or, worse, a home that doesn’t perform the way it should.
The Healthy + Longevity Home Roadmap helps you make those early decisions with confidence, grounded in building science, not aesthetics trends.

Who this is for
This roadmap is for you if…
- You’re planning a $1.5M+ build, renovation, or healthy-home retrofit.
- You’re early enough in the process that decisions can still be influenced.
- You care about non-toxic materials, indoor air quality, mold resilience, and EMF-aware design.
- You want a home that supports longevity, performance, and human thriving, not just aesthetics.

Preconstruction Process
SENERGY360 has developed a methodical approach to preconstruction grounded in building science. What happens intentionally during design (material choices, enclosure decisions, mechanical systems) sets the foundation for a home that supports long-term health and longevity.
We’re a one-stop shop. Architecture, interior design, building science, and construction live under one roof, so your project stays aligned from the first sketch to the final detail, with no hand-offs or finger-pointing between disciplines.
Before we break ground, our in-house team works alongside you to shape a scope that reflects your investment priorities and longevity goals. Some clients want every detail; others prefer to trust the structure and stay focused on the bigger picture. Either way, we guide the journey from early exploration through design development, budgeting, and contract readiness, so construction begins with clarity, not surprises.
