Beginning with an initial consultation, we will determine what design features and styles you find appealing. We will then outline our process, which includes an upfront fixed cost for design, costs to manage processes, and materials inherent in the unique SENERGY360 build.
We will prepare an initial outline and description of the work and include an organized, detailed scope of options for the project. Next, we will provide a multi-phase contract. SENERGY360 will hold a series of meetings with you to review and discuss size, drawings, and proposed design solutions, working together to arrive at a clearly defined concept, schedule, and construction budget.
