Casita Plans

A single-level guest casita in Catalina, Arizona: master bedroom, great room, kitchen with pantry, ensuite with steam shower, and a walk-in closet, opening to the desert through full-height sliding doors on two sides. Drawn by Trinity by Design in January 2022. The wall assembly is a Thermasteel panel system finished in traditional stucco with thin stone veneer, under an engineered metal truss roof with a continuous thermal envelope.
