Palm Desert Modern Residence

A single-story modern residence in design for a lot in Palm Desert, California. The plan runs long and low across the site: a garage, sauna, and steam room at one end, the kitchen and great room at the center, and a primary suite at the far end, with a den and guest bedroom off the entry.

Living space opens onto the pool terrace. The site plan sets a long pool and spa along the length of the house, with raised planters, a shaded dining terrace, an outdoor grill, and a pickleball court at one edge of the lot. Existing perimeter walls and mature trees are retained.
