SENERGY360 leads architecture, building science, wellness design, interior coordination, and construction from concept through completion, all under one roof, anchored by the 12 CORE Principles for Healthy Building Design and aligned to the mission of healthy home design. Built with FASWALL ICCF Block and Rammed Earth Accents.
Option 2
Architecture + CORE Systems
Builder-Ready Design with Full System Coordination
SENERGY360 develops a builder-ready architectural package with the 12 CORE Principles for Healthy Building Design integrated into the design and specifications: a build-ready design package coordinated from start to finish, ready to hand to your construction team. Same process as Option 1, without wellness interior design.

Integration With an Existing Team
System Integration for Existing Plans
SENERGY360 works with the homeowner's architect and builder to incorporate the 12 CORE Principles for Healthy Building Design into existing plans and guide critical decisions during construction, serving as owner advocate for healthy home design and product decisions throughout the project.
