Complete Design + Build Process
Full Architecture, Interior Architectural and Wellness Design
SENERGY360 leads the entire project from concept through construction: architecture, interior design, wellness design, building science, and construction, all under one roof, anchored by the CORE DESIGN FRAMEWORK and aligned to the mission of healthy home design. Built with FASWALL ICCF Block and Rammed Earth Accents.
Option 2
Architecture + CORE Systems
Builder-Ready Design with Full System Coordination
We deliver a complete architectural design fully integrated with the CORE DESIGN FRAMEWORK, a build-ready design package coordinated from start to finish, ready to hand to your construction team. Same process as Option 1, without wellness interior design.
Option 3
Healthy Home Design, Build, and Project Guidance
System Integration for Existing Plans
We integrate the CORE DESIGN FRAMEWORK into existing architectural plans, working alongside your architect and builder as owner advocate, ensuring healthy home design and product decisions throughout the project.
