About ELEMENT by SENERGY360
Wellness living, redefined
ELEMENT by SENERGY360 is a rare opportunity to invest in a project that is both financially compelling and world-changing, merging luxury, sustainability, and health at the ground floor.
A revolutionary vision
Building the Future of Community Living
ELEMENT by SENERGY360 is a master-planned community where cutting-edge building science meets regenerative design: a living laboratory, a proof of concept, and a blueprint for how communities should be built.
The idea began as Brian Johnson's final Building Biology Institute project: an entire community that could integrate all twenty-five principles of Building Biology into one cohesive master-planned neighborhood. That concept remained with him for years. As construction experience, building science, wellness research, and the SENERGY360 CORE Design Framework continued to evolve, the original vision matured into what is now known as ELEMENT by SENERGY360.
