Jupiter Residence

A new single-family healthy home taking shape on 2.47 acres in Jupiter, Florida: four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and roughly 4,400 square feet under air, with an upstairs office and playroom, a pool, and a screened-in patio built for year-round Florida living.

The exterior walls are non-combustible FASWALL block over a concrete slab-on-grade, topped with standing seam metal roofing: a wall system chosen for durability, breathability, and healthy indoor air. SENERGY360 serves as owner’s representative, general contractor, and building biologist, working alongside EcoNest Architecture on a design that meets the SENERGY360 12 CORE Principles for Healthy Building Design from the first sketch.

Inside the arched door: a floating wood bench along one wall and full-height wood doors at the end.

The double-height great room, with the kitchen anchoring one side and the gallery above.

Kitchen

A marble-topped island on a wood base runs the length of the kitchen, with a clear sightline through to the dining window seat.

Dining Room

Dining with a full-width window seat under a band of glass.

Dining & Kitchen

Looking the other way: the table runs off the kitchen, with the window seat along the glass.

Hall & Built-Ins

Floating wood shelves on one side, marble-topped built-ins on the other, ending at an arched door to the outside.

Bedroom

The ceiling follows the roof pitch, with a window centered on the bed wall and sliding glass to the outside.

South Balcony

The upstairs balcony: wood-clad ceiling, glass rail, and the tree line beyond.

Screened Patio

The screened-in patio: wood ceiling, linear fireplace, and pool views without the bugs.

Pool Terrace

The pool terrace runs the length of the house under a pergola-shaded stretch.
