A new single-family healthy home taking shape on 2.47 acres in Jupiter, Florida: four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and roughly 4,400 square feet under air, with an upstairs office and playroom, a pool, and a screened-in patio built for year-round Florida living.

The exterior walls are non-combustible FASWALL block over a concrete slab-on-grade, topped with standing seam metal roofing: a wall system chosen for durability, breathability, and healthy indoor air. SENERGY360 serves as owner’s representative, general contractor, and building biologist, working alongside EcoNest Architecture on a design that meets the SENERGY360 Healthy Build & Design Specifications from the first sketch.
