Sedona Healthy Home Inspection

A 2024 Healthy Home Inspection and project management engagement for an eco-conscious homeowner in Sedona, Arizona. The goal was to update an existing home so it actively supports health: better ventilation, lower EMF exposure, no mold, and fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

The inspection found mold in the home. SENERGY360 then managed the work to remove it, add ventilation that brings in fresh air continuously, reduce EMF exposure through building materials and technologies, and move to low-VOC materials and finishes.
